Police Find six pounds of weed, five grams of heroin and even $42,000 in Jadakiss’ leased apartment in waterfront Yonkers

Two “associates” of Jadakiss were arrested monday (August 24th) after being busted with six pounds of weed, five grams of heroin and even $42,000 in cash. One man, Gabriel R. Henriquez (39), had a room in Jadakiss’ leased apartment in waterfront Yonkers, where the money and drugs were found. Police smelled pot coming from the car of Alberto Lajara (25, the other man arrested) then while questioning the men, they ran from the car. After catching the men, they learned that one was staying with Jadakiss so they quickly obtained a search warrant and searched his room. Henriquez was charged with three felonies: second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree assault. He was also hit with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, which is a misdemeanor. Lajara got much lesser charges, fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct.

Well controversial television show host Bill O’Reilly has responded to Jay-Z’s “Off That”track on his weekday broadcast last night (August 24th).  Although Bill O’Reilly didn’t give much of a response, he mocked Jigga by comparing him to iconic soul singer, Otis Redding. “The rapper Jay-Z has a new song out,” O’Reilly said before playing a brief snippet from “Off That.” “Hhmmmm…a regular Otis Redding, isn’t he?”

C MURDER GETS 10 YEARS!

Well that’s it for C-Murder, the incarcerated rapper has been sentenced to ten years behind bars for an attempted murder charge stemming from an incident at a nightclub in 2001. Just eleven days after he was ordered to spend the rest of his life in prison for a murder in Jefferson Parish, Corey Miller (C-Murder) was setenced Tuesdaqy (August 25th). In related news, the No-Limit Records rapper and brother of Master P, previously pleaded “no contest” to two counts of attempted murder in May. Rapper C-Murder has pleaded no contest to two counts of attempted second-degree murder. In the plea agreement, C-Murder, whose real name is Corey Miller, will be sentenced by the judge to 10 years in prison. The formal sentencing will be August 25th.

50 CENT ALBUM PUSHED BACK TIL NOV!

With an original release date of almost a year ago, 50 Cent recently said that his upcoming “Before I Self Destruct” album should hit stores in November. Although he did not explain why it was pushed back from it’s September 29th date, 50 did talk about how he feels about the project. ”My new album, I’m really excited about it,” Fif said in an interview. “I had an opportunity to make it and then re-make it. I didn’t have the time I was able to put in to, I was limited time to my other projects. In this one — just because the system was in this kinda state of confusion with things changing, the music business itself changed. It was definitely periods where I felt I was ready and it wasn’t a possibility for me to release the record at that point and then the Eminem train came running down the track and I had to get outta the way to let the Eminem record go out and then because he had been off for two years, it made good sense for me to just let him come out first. My new album, it should be out in early November. First week of November. Because I had additional time, I wrote, produced and directed my own film, Before I Self Destruct and it’ll actually be within the album’s packaging. So when you buy the record, you’ll get the film that I wrote.”
